Surprise, Surprise

So, this happened in yesterday's election (though the Brooklyn Paper says Bloomberg did not win in our fine borough).

Anyway.

Marty Markowitz also killed it (with 86.9% of the vote), so he sticks around as our BK Borough President, and Bill de Blasio easily won as Public Advocate with 76.9% of the vote.

Brad Lander won the City Council seat in Park Slope's 39th District.

Here's how the rest of it went down.
