Cool or Very Cool: FiPS Animated by Taiwanese?

For the past few weeks we have been diligently chronicling the saga of Parks Department Urban Park Ranger Andrew Marsala (well, technically we’ve been reblogging and adding sarcasm, but that’s just semantics).

Earlier this month, Marsala was taking kids on a park tour when he saw a man masturbating in the bushes. He chased down and apprehended the pervert until the cops came. Not only was this perv rubbing one out in public around children, he also had a loaded gun and a bag of weed.

This week we found out that the Parks Department reprimanded Marsala, instead of giving him the praise he deserved.

Well, our coverage was so amazing that fucking Taiwanese animators at Big Apple Daily TV decided to bring it to life! Here’s an excerpt from possibly the coolest email to ever show up in my inbox:
